Thank you for your interest in Kelderhouse Dental Laboratory, Inc. We've been in operation for 32 years, and most of our staff has remained the same for 28 of those years. Our lab employs eight dental technicians.

We set the standard for high quality restorations by fabricating all aspects of production (die ditching, waxing, seating castings on dies, porcelain grind-in, glazing, and polishing) using stereo zoom microscopes. Some of our other highly specialized production equipment enclosed induction casting ( to protect fragile trace elements in dental alloys), computer controlled burn-out and porcelain furnaces, full dust and particle extraction units (to protect restorations from contamination).

Our high standards continue on with our product list. Kelderhouse Dental Laboratory, Inc. is a licensed Procera Forte network laboratory offering the full line of Nobel Biocare products:

We also have several alloys to choose from for porcelain- fused-to-metal and full cast restorations, including Willie Gellers Creation Porcelain for our high noble alloys. We offer Procera alumina ( this all-ceramic crown can be used for posterior as well as anterior crowns) and Procera Forte Zirconia (this all-ceramic restoration is excellent for multiple, up to four units, anterior and posterior placement). These restorations are fabricated from a CAD-milled, pure alumina or zirconia coping with NobelRondo Dental Ceramic system porcilian baked on it. The resin-fill ceramic we use is Sculpture Fiberkor.
